ILM is looking for motivated and qualified people to fill the following positions
• Aerator Maintenance/Repair Manager: Full-time position available for the management of aeration systems. We are looking for a skilled technician/manager to perform maintenance, installation, removal, and repair of aerating fountains and compressor/diffuser systems. ILM will train a qualified candidate, however electrical, motor, or aeration experience preferred.
• Full-time aquatic technicians: Position includes field and office work for management of lakes and ponds, creation of water-use studies, bathymetric mapping, stream and lake water quality analysis, and other management services.
• Seasonal Staff: We are always looking for seasonal staff to help in the summer. Excellent opportunity to work outside and gain experience in the environmental arena. Flexible hours and pay-raise incentives.
• IT Support: Part time position for IT assistance. Responsibilities will include routine maintenance of workstations and server, response to user issues, and assistance with the planning and implementation of new systems and technology.
