Keith
Gray, Director/President
Mr.
Gray purchased Integrated Lakes Management (ILM) in August of 2005.
Prior to owning ILM Mr. Gray was the co-founder and Vice President of
an environmental
testing service concentrating on industrial wastewater monitoring. Mr.
Gray functions as customer service manager, technical advisor, and operations
manager. He brings 20 years of business experience in the field of environmental
monitoring and customer care.
Sandy
Kubillus, Senior Environmental Scientist
Ms. Kubillus is a licensed professional Geologist with the State of
Illinois. In her nine years with ILM Ms. Kubillus has conducted numerous
lake studies involving water quality, dredging feasibility, bathymetric
surveys, and water budgets. She is a Certified Wetland Specialist and
a CLM Wetland Professional with the Society of Wetland Scientists, as
well as a Certified Professional in erosion and sediment control. Ms
Kubillus performs wetland delineations, permitting and related projects.
Ms. Kubillus expanded ILM’s capabilities to include erosion control
design and installation.
Amanda Ward, Customer Service Manager
Ms. Ward joined ILM in March 2007, bringing a diversity of experience from corporate middle management, sales, advertising and marketing to running her own business. She holds a degree in Environmental Science, completed at Charles Sturt University in NSW, Australia and has also undertaken studies in Horticulture and Business Management. Ms. Ward’s practical experience includes wetland, prairie and savanna restoration in Illinois, and a number of riparian stabilization and re-vegetation projects in Australia. At ILM, Ms. Ward’s focus is primarily shoreline restoration and erosion control.
Sarah
Denny, Aquatic Project Manager
Ms. Denny joined ILM in 2006 after graduating from Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in Environmental Health and a triple minor in Environmental Studies, Biology, and Philosophy.
After working in the field, performing a wide range of ILM's field services, she moved into
the office to start the 2007 pond season. Sarah now manages the majority of ILM's pond and lake contracts
and looks forward to expanding on ILM's already impressive clientle base.
Gregg
Zink, Manager, Field Operations
Mr. Zink joined ILM in 1998 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Field Ecology major, and a Geography minor. After two years of performing ILM’s wide range of field services Gregg moved to a managerial position. Gregg specializes in the training and management of staff for algae and plant control, aeration installation and maintenance, prescribed burning of natural areas, and woodland/wetland/prairie restoration.
Geoffery Zink, Terrestrial Restoration Specialist
Geoff joined ILM in September of 2008, in an effort to support ILMs’ growing emphasis of restoring and recreating indigenous terrestrial/aquatic plant communities. With nearly 10 years of experience, dating back to his first experiences of prairies with Ray Schulenberg and Russel Kirt and more recently the woodlands and wetlands at The Morton Arboretum, Geoff has a solid foundation of the plant habitats found in the Chicagoland region. With Geoff’s knowledge and passion for his work, ILM is able to provide highest level of service in restoring, recreating and maintaining native plant communities.
Chris Rysso, Aquatic Specialist
Mr. Rysso joined ILM in 2005. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Ecology. Along with performing aquatic and terrestrial managment/restoration, he has participated in several stream survey projects at ILM. His responsibilities have included gathering physical and biological data, assessing and interpretating the information, and generating reports.
Cassie, Resident K9 Companion
Cassie has been with ILM for over 4 years now. A few of her qualifications and certifications include: agility training, chairman of the left-over disposal committee, member of building security staff/intruder alert council, rodent control, and weird/funny smell inspector. If you‘d like to meet Cassie or any of the other ILM staff please feel free to stop by the office at any time!

Marion
Kessy Ph.D., P.E. Dr. Kessy is a Civil Engineer
responsible for the Pearl Harbor and Nawiliwili Estuary TMDL Study.
His 18 years of water resources engineering have been both locally and
internationally recognized.
Joel Greenberg, Author, A Natural History of the
Chicago Region. Mr. Greenberg is a regionally recognized author and
lecturer on environmental affairs. He has an M.A. in Environmental Policy
and is also a J.D. and member of the Illinois Bar Association.
